Computer Engineering and PhD in Didactics of Social Science. His research interests are related to the definition of new methodologies that encourage interdisciplinary research. Specifically, his research includes the use of formal modeling and simulation in the field of cultural evolution and interaction between society and environment, in close collaboration with research groups in the humanities. He is lecture in Archaeology at the University of Edinburgh.
