Professional archaeologist. Doctor in Archaeology. He is specialized in conservation and restoration of built heritage, and in the development and application of techniques of archaeological prospection, archaeological excavation, recording methods on excavations, and analysis of stratigraphic sequences. Since 1987 he has led or participated in more than 150 archaeological internventions in Spain, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Panamá and Turkmenistán, mostly related to the implementation of Master Plans of architectural restoration of historical buildings.
